Adventures with Metal Inclusions
I've been experimenting with encasing over small amounts of metal.
These two beads are all lauscha, and have tiny bits of brass encased inside of them, creating a nice little pink "bubbles" effect. The bubbles are "sparkly" in the light.

The last bead has larger pieces of what was supposed to be brass (got this from my oxy guy). I love the effect, it looks like little bits of copper inside, and didn't bubble so much. I am not sure yet if maybe it has more copper in it or maybe it didn't bubble as much because the pieces were larger. Need to work with it some more. This one is telling me it wants to be a suncatcher :)
